This could mean a 9 am walk with your dog ‘Woofy’ before starting work, planning structured caffeine breaks, or working late when the kids are asleep. It’s really up to you, just be sure that your core hours work seamlessly with your team and that meeting schedules are met. We believe that every Brick should aim for productivity every time they open their laptop so do what works for you to be balanced, happy, and driven.
